In vastu shastra, a silver elephant is considered auspicious - said to invite fortune and dissolve obstacles in a home. we won't promise you good luck. but we will say it's a beautiful object with a story worth knowing, and that's enough for us.

Place facing north, if you're vastu-shastra-inclined. Otherwise, anywhere it catches some subdued light - a console table, a bookcase, on your bedside table.

Polish gently with a soft cloth. keep dry. avoid long stretches in direct sun, it can dull the silver coating over time.
